Your first visit…
A thorough assessment of your mouth will be undertaken and will include an inspection of your teeth, their supporting tissues and any previous dental work.
Intra oral photographs of your mouth may be taken along with digital x-rays to help identify
any specific areas of concern.
Most importantly your hopes and expectations will be discussed so that together we can devise a suitable treatment plan.

Trinity house dental care has got the best dentist I have been to inspite of my fears of dentist. Dr Wajiha is such a warm person and a fabulous dentist. Kathryn , the hygienist is awesome to say the least. The atmosphere and the clinic is spotless and very chic! Highly, highly recommend it!

I've just had my appointment here and have to say that all the staff are so caring and friendly that you feel at ease immediately. My composite bonding is kept in tip top condition here and I wouldn't think of having it done anywhere else. I highly recommend this place.
Trinity House Dental Care is such a lovely dental practice, and everyone is so welcoming. Dr Wajiha Basir has been looking after my teeth for the past 4 years, and I couldn't be happier! She has massively improved my smile, and I couldn't be more grateful as she really made my dream teeth come true! I had a composite bonding done over 18 months ago, and I still get regularly complimented about my smile. Fantastic Dental practice. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. Lovely space. I really trust my dentist after my previous one told me I needed ££££ of work which turned out not to be necessary at all! She puts me totally at ease and is gentle and caring. The crown she had to do was painless and perfect. Highly recommend

I have recently had my first visit to Trinity house dental. Dr Basir did my outstanding and truly life enhancing bonding at a previous practice and as she is a master at that craft I went to trinity house to continue that treatment with her as I don’t want anyone else to do it .The practice is beautifully presented in a tasteful manner ,it has a warm and friendly ( much like Dr Basir)atmosphere not so clinical which is very relaxing.I would highly recommend both Dr Basir and Trinity house dental.
Have been attending the surgery since Steve McDonnell moved from Macclesfield many years ago. The change of practice principal from Dr McDonnell to Wajiha Basir has made no difference to the excellent quality of service provided. It’s always professional, and in a comfortable environment. Particularly helpful for anyone (like me!) who’s a nervous patient. I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Wajiha and her team are amazing. From the minute i stepped into the practice i was put at ease. As a person so nervous going to the dentist i didnt feel this one bit when i had my first appointment with Wajiha. The care I have received from the team is exceptional.She takes time out to answer all my questions and explain everything in detail. A fantastic dental practice. I have been visiting the dentists and hygienists there for nearly 20 years. I moved to France 3 years ago and as soon as I book by flight back, the very next thing I do is get an appointment booked in. The hygienist Kathryn is brilliant and I’m positive that my visits with her are the reason why I have very little work done by the dentist. In fact it’s now years since I have anything done other than check ups and the odd x-ray to make sure everything is good. Kathryn is worth every penny. ????
I have had the pleasure to be treated and looked after by Dr Basir previously through the NHS. After losing contact I was fortunate enough to find she had set up in a very kitsch peppery in Wilmslow.I had a dental emergency and needed my smile back within two weeks as I had events and upcoming filming. The team, as it really is a team effort from start to finish looked after me and did all that was possible to enable my smile was given right on time. I cried on the reveal lol but it was happy tears. Dentistry isn’t just about check ups and fillings. it’s about feeling safe in their hands and truly feeling a duty of care. I couldn’t speak any more highly of Dr Basir and the team!!!Going private isn’t an option for all, I understand that but the difference in results is worth the investment in yourself. Self love and care comes in many different packages 🙂

Absolutely love the service here! Everyone is always really friendly and professional, and the care is top rate. We started attending when we lived in Wilmslow a few years ago, and even though we’ve moved a half-hour away we still make the trip just so we can stay with Trinity House Dental Care.They’re also extremely patient with children. We’ve been bringing our toddler to appointments since he was a newborn, and they’re excellent about giving advice or having a quick peek to make sure all looks well. 10/10, recommended for the whole family!

Absolute excellent team at Trinity House Dental!!I recently had composire bonding carried out by Wajiha and she has totally transformed my smile and given me back my confidence! Absolutely blown away with service received so far. From the minute I walked in the door, the receptionist was lovely and the practice had a great feel to it. As someone who is petrified of going to the dentist and put it off for a number of years, I can’t recommend the team at Trinity enough. Dr Wajiha Basir was so welcoming and put me at ease during our first appointment and really changed my outlook on going to the dentist. The service received and standard of work they do here is second to none. Wajiha was a breath of fresh air and very knowledgable. Dr Basir is a miracle worker. I never really enjoyed the dentist. However as soon as I met Dr Basir she put me at ease. Worked with me to get my perfect smile. And I can honestly say I have never received so many compliments on my teeth. From someone who hated smiling I now can't stop. Dr Basir is a genius in what she does. Her patients come first. Amazing with kids my two children LOVE visiting the practise. Trinity house is a calm lovely practice and I thoroughly look forward to my next visit. X
I have been a patient of Steve for more than thirty years, and have never thought of going anywhere else. My daughter and granddaughter are also patients. The treatment itself is first class with high professional and ethical standards. There is a realisation that dental health is an aspect of general health, intimately connected with overall well-being. The practice therefore deals with the whole person, offering advice on issues of life style in so far as they as they affect oral hygiene and dental health. I feel that I am known and valued as a human being, not just as a set of teeth. At 75, I enjoy excellent health, dental and otherwise, and I believe that the practice has played a large part in helping me to maintain it. I recommend Steve and his colleagues unreservedly.

I moved to Trinity House from another practice about two years ago. Prior to joining this practice I don’t think I had ever had a filling where I hadn’t experienced fairly high levels of discomfort: in addition I had a long term gum inflammation problem that my previous practice couldn’t seem to get on top of. Since joining the practice I have had one filling which was a completely pain free experience (a first for me - thank you Steve) and Kathryn has very quickly resolved what had become a chronic gum problem.I can’t speak highly enough of this practice. They are excellent!

My wife and I have been going to Steve MacDonald's dental practice for about 15 years and we highly recommend it. The staff are great and we always enjoy having a little chat with them. I am not a dentist so I can't comment on the technical side of their service but I always feel that the aim is to meet the needs of the patient in a professional way rather than try to sell unnecessary and expensive treatments. In that respect it is quite like how dentistry used to be before it was taken over by big commercial interests seeking to make more money. Very happy to recommend them.

I had treatment to reshape my teeth using composites, and I couldn't be happier with the result. After a lifetime of hating my teeth I now have a smile I can be proud of. Steve and the team did an amazing job. I would recommend this practice to anyone.
The best dentists I've ever been to! I don't usually like the dentists but somehow it isn't scary at Trinity House. Steve and Katherine are so friendly and chatty and it puts me at ease straight away. I have had a number of fillings and treatments but have never been in any pain and they understand how to keep me distracted. I would highly recommend.
After relocating to Wilmslow from Scotland I was left looking for a new dentist. I started with an online search to discovered the choice was plentiful however, I'm so glad I selected Trinity House Dental Care after reading a great review online.On entering the premises you're greeted with a smile which always helps you feel welcome. The practice itself is bright spacious and very well kept with onsite parking.During my initial meet the dentist appointment I found Steve and Emma very welcoming. I explained my dental concerns which I had had for over two years and my previous dentist couldn't resolve. Steve came up with a treatment plan and I started my dental visits. Following a few visits I now have two fantastic new crowns and I can now smile confidently and brush my teeth with ease. Thanks again Steve and Emma.
Trinity House Dental Care was recommended to me by a neighbour when I relocated to Manchester over 10 years ago, and I've been a fan ever since.Steve is a wonderful dentist and always makes you feel at ease, nothing is too much trouble. The whole team are welcoming, friendly, helpful, efficient and thoroughly professional. Details of treatment and costs are always explained up front (although price for me is not the main driver when selecting a Dentist, I have found Trinity offer good value for money and priced competitively/cheaper compared to other clinics)This clinic is outstanding. I am very pleased with the treatment I've received and the end results and cannot recommend Steve and his team highly enough.
